Dr. Josh Sampson

Dr. Josh Sampson founded LC&M in 2000. He is a graduate of Life Chiropractic University in Atlanta, GA. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University and is a 1990 graduate of Loudoun Valley High School. Dr. Sampson completed his 2-year residency in Atlanta, GA. He is an active member of the Virginia Chiropractic Association and has been licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine since 2000. Dr. Sampson utilizes a variety of gentle and effective techniques, including Full Spine Diversified, Thompson, S.O.T., and COX Flexion Distraction. He is also ICPA Certified in Pediatric chiropractic, as well as the Webster technique for prenatal issues. He firmly believes that a physician's primary goal must be to teach his patients more about their own bodies so that they may better care for themselves. Before going to graduate school, he pursued music professionally. Now he enjoys working with national and world touring musicians to keep their physical performance optimized by means of chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy at local venues.

Dr. Frankie Velez

New to the practice in 2017, Dr. Frankie Velez is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College, and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez. Dr. Velez completed his residency in the Veteran's Affairs hospital in Canandaigua, NY, and is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine, He is an active member in the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association, and American Chiropractic Association. His treatment techniques include Full Spine Diversified, Thompson Drop, Cox Flexion Distraction, Activator, Rocktape, Graston, and he has advanced training in the management of sports injuries and whole foods nutrition. Dr. Velez enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons.
