Dr. Josh Sampson

Dr. Josh Sampson founded LC&M in 2000. He is a graduate of Life Chiropractic University in Atlanta, GA. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University and is a 1990 graduate of Loudoun Valley High School. Dr. Sampson completed his 2-year residency in Atlanta, GA. He is an active member of the Virginia Chiropractic Association and has been licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine since 2000. Dr. Sampson utilizes a variety of gentle and effective techniques, including Full Spine Diversified, Thompson, S.O.T., and COX Flexion Distraction. He is also ICPA Certified in Pediatric chiropractic, as well as the Webster technique for prenatal issues. He firmly believes that a physician's primary goal must be to teach his patients more about their own bodies so that they may better care for themselves. Before going to graduate school, he pursued music professionally. Now he enjoys working with national and world touring musicians to keep their physical performance optimized by means of chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy at local venues.

Dr. Kim

Dr. Kim graduated magna cum laude of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University in 2013 and has been licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine since 2018. Just as Dr. Sampson, Dr. Kim is a local since childhood, and attended high school in Haymarket, Va. Dr. Kim uses a variety of gentle and effective Chiropractic techniques including Full Spine Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Activator, COX Flexion Distraction, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). He believes the body can heal itself as long as it has the proper resources to include excellent nutrition, education, muscle tone, and optimal spinal alignment. Dr. Kim enjoys working with athletes of all ages as he enjoys many team and individual sports. He also has experience working with James Madison University athletes in the Athletic Training Program. In his spare time, Dr. Kim enjoys weight lifting, Jiu Jitsu, fishing, and motor sports.
