Dr. Josh Sampson

Dr. Josh Sampson founded LC&M in 2000. He is a graduate of Life Chiropractic University in Atlanta, GA. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University and is a 1990 graduate of Loudoun Valley High School. Dr. Sampson completed his 2-year residency in Atlanta, GA. He is an active member of the Virginia Chiropractic Association and has been licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine since 2000. Dr. Sampson utilizes a variety of gentle and effective techniques, including Full Spine Diversified, Thompson, S.O.T., and COX Flexion Distraction. He is also ICPA Certified in Pediatric chiropractic, as well as the Webster technique for prenatal issues. He firmly believes that a physician's primary goal must be to teach his patients more about their own bodies so that they may better care for themselves. Before going to graduate school, he pursued music professionally. Now he enjoys working with national and world touring musicians to keep their physical performance optimized by means of chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy at local venues.

Dr. Chris Oliver

Dr. Chris Oliver studied pre-med at Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York, and graduated from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia in March of 1997. He then studied acupuncture with the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture in 1999 and is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine in both chiropractic and acupuncture. Dr. Oliver is an active member in the Virginia Chiropractic Association, and the American Chiropractic Association. In his spare time. Dr. Oliver enjoys performing local volunteer work as well as outdoor activities in his native upstate New York, where he owns forest land. He currently resides in Waterford with his wife and three kids.


Dr. Matt Kairys

Dr. Matt Kairys is a native to Virginia growing up in Fredericksburg. He is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College, and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University. Dr. Kairys completed his residency in the Veteran's Affairs hospital in Canandaigua, NY. He is a member of the Virginia Chiropractic Association as well as the American Chiropractic Association, and is licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine as of 2016. Dr. Kairys is passionate about health and fitness. He takes a personal interest in educating his patients, not only on how to feel better now, but how to continue taking care of themselves. His treatment techniques include Full Spine Diversified, Thompson, flexion-distraction, soft tissue work, Rocktape, and other rehabilitative methods. Dr. Kairys enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, as well as weight training in the gym.
